The saga continues....So delivery guys turns up to pick up the faulty doors and wrong box (wardrobe), but mama and papa's didn't pass on that there we're 3 boxes to take, so they only took the one box back (the full wardrobe.)Now we're left with the wrong doors, awaiting delivery number 6 and a pickup for the faulty doors.Shameful company, terrible communications all round.

I just wanted to mention how kind, helpful, friendly and professional a member of your team was in the Soton branch... her name was Anita. I visited your store both when it was busy and finally when quiet and had the pleasure of her service. The initial visit was an apprehensive post lockdown look around / browse and ask about the different folding travel bundles... she explained and showed me some of your models so I could then let my dad (who was going to pay ?) what was available, I kept the visit brief as it was busy and there was a lot of people patiently waiting to be seen who had intention of buying that day.Myself and Pa visited the store again on Thursday and Anita went through everything about the model I had chosen and I opted for the slightly dearer one due to the car seat base lasting for a longer time frame until my child would grow out... not once was she pushy or did I feel pushed into making a decision I was not happy with.... £1600 later travel system paid for and ordered, now eagerly waiting and counting down the 3 weeks when it arrives... please pass on my thanks to Anita as it was a refreshing change to have customer service A* like this... looking forward to visiting again

I wish I’d read these reviews before making my order! I ordered a travel system and nursery furniture in December over the phone due to lockdown. A furniture item was not available until late March but the remainder of the order could be delivered earlier and therefore it was agreed that my order would be sent in two batches with the nursery furniture being delivered in Feb when available. However, I hadn’t received a dispatch email by the end of Feb so tried to contact Customer Services. After waiting on the phone for a very long time with no luck, I sent a message through the website contact form but heard nothing after a few days. I eventually got a reply through Facebook messenger around 10 days after I’d first tried contacting them. The reply was not helpful as I was told there was nothing they could do and the full order would be delivered on the late March date. After a couple of messages back and forth, I asked to cancel the travel system as I needed it on the date agreed when making the telephone order. Several days later, I received a message that I could bring the travel system delivery date forward after all! Thankfully, I had already ordered the same travel system through John Lewis and it was delivered two days later. It’s a shame that Mamas & Papas only offered to amend the order after I’d asked to cancel but I was shocked at how it difficult it generally was to get through to Customer Services. I’d be very reluctant to order again, particularly while the shops aren’t open to buy instore, which is a shame as the products seem good quality.

Appauling damaged goods and literally no customer service response ! Recieved the Heaton nursery furniture set. All items damaged cracked in the corners like they had been dropped. Called customer care ... 45 mins waiting. No apology, no empathy. Said they would call back Monday with a solution. Got a call on the Monday still no solution said they would call Wednesday definately with a solution... no call. This has been a further week now. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Absolouteky shocking! Will never use again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Company needs shutting down !

Awful service from Mama and Pappa and damaged items continually received. We ordered the Dover set including, cot, wardrobe and dresser changer. When we received these items, the wardrobe and dresser set were significantly damaged. The left wardrobe door has cracked paint all the way down the door and on the right door the paint is cracked at the top. The wardrobe has damage to the back where there are large indented scratches and areas where paint has come away. The furniture appears to be very poorly made with significant damage possibly in transit as well. As my partner had put up the wardrobe, we contacted Mama's and Pappa's and spoke to Keisha. It was agreed that we would just order new doors due to the significant cracks and receive a discount on the wardrobe for the scratches and other damage. The Dover dresser had damage to one side and the top of the dresser set, where the wood could be seen and the grey paint was non-existent. Therefore, I spoke to Keisha at Mama and Pappa's and requested these parts were sent out in the post. This was significantly disappointing and upsetting after expecting an excellent service and product, due the amount the set costs. On (05/02/2021), the doors were delivered, imagine my surprise when the doors are a completely different colour to the wardrobe which is light grey and the spare wardrobe doors appear cream which is not what I ordered. In addition, paint was observed on the door that appeared to have not dried correctly when they were made, leaving lumps of paint on the door which I do not feel is a suitable standard when purchasing items for our baby. Photos of all these damages and faulty items have be added. I contacted Mama and Pappa's customer services and spoke to Shaz on 05/02/2021, she said she will investigate the colour of the doors being sent out as it was odd that both doors were the incorrect colour. She later left me a voicemail informing me the wardrobe doors sent out were the incorrect colour as they are pebble grey, therefore she has ordered further doors for the wardrobe. I spoke to Karl on 05/02/2021, who requested the doors for the wardrobe are checked for damage. I received the doors today again with significant damage. If you want good quality furniture without stress do not order from mama and papas !!

Unfortunately I saw all of these awful reviews after we ordered all of our Nursery furniture and other baby products from Mamas and Papas. We ordered and expected delivery today, took the day off, waited all day and it never turned up. I have been ignored all day, on the chat service no one replied, emails ignored all day. No email to say when delivery will come or why it didn't turn up. Awful customer service and what is frustrating, there is no way to speak to them and sort it out, because all they do is ignore. Not stress that a pregnant woman needs, I have been so stressed all day and its awful that none of them reply to any of the complaints on here.

My husband and I placed orders for an 8 piece pushchair/pram set, a bedside cot, car seats and bits to go with the car seats. Both orders were placed in early December for delivery on the 22nd of December. On the 22nd 3/8ths of the pushchair/pram set was delivered along with the bedside cot. The remaining 5/8ths of the pushchair/pram set, the car seats and the bits to go with it were not sent. They were not even given to the delivery company and we didn't know they weren't coming until the driver turned up at 4pm without them.After some back and forth with M&Ps the next morning we were informed the remainder of the items would arrive that day. So my husband had another day off work (not for free!) to wait in. This time the remainder of the pushchair/pram set and the car seats arrived but not the rest of the delivery. It's now the 28th of December and M&Ps have no idea if and when they will ever dispatch the rest of our order. But very kindly have kept our money in the meantime.Their communication was appealing, they don't answer their phones or emails and the Facebook messaging service can't help. They can pass your details on to someone who phones back 2 days later! There was no communication or apology as to why they failed to ship our order or why we are still missing items. No recompense for a lost day at work or the fact we will have to wait in again at some random point in the future for a third delivery, assuming they ever bother with it.After spending almost £2000 with them I'm gutted I didn't take my business elsewhere.

Terrible! Trying to contact where is my stuff because didn’t get any confirmation emails , just got the screen shot with my order number , no ones even answered my emails trying to call costumer service so many times and still dont know where is my items over 2 weeks !

Ordered the Oxford furniture back in July for delivery end of September, furniture was delayed which they emailed about, had part of my order a week later then the cot and dresser had no delivery date, received an email from the delivery company (not Mamas and Papas) to say my furniture was coming the next day, came to build up the furniture it has parts missing/damaged for each piece which I’ve had to ring and order and am supposed to be getting a gesture of goodwill, nothing received so far, the furniture is absolutely shocking quality for the price, still waiting for more parts to be sent out and now the stores/phone lines are closed!! Never again would I use this company!!!

If I could give M&P zero stars I would. Have waited 4 months for the Oxford furniture set with 5 different delivery dates given each time we called. Only emailed once with our first delayed delivery to inform us of same. The rest of the updates were due to us calling M&P Customer service who were very unhelpful, advising they would call back ect and not bothering causing me to be on hold almost every day for the past month for over an hour each time. We were informed stock had eventually arrived on Friday the 23rd if October and our delivery would be the 29th. When I called back Monday to ensure that the delivery had been booked (due to our poor history with the company) I was told there was no stock and it was coming in on Friday the 30th. I advised the customer assistant I knew there was stock as I had called on Friday. After advising them I was going to trading standards and that my baby is due next week with no where to sleep they some how found a furniture set that could be delivered on Friday the 30th, which it was. We have now built the furniture only to find wrong parts in the box and are unable to build the drawers! I have Now been on hold for again, over an hour trying to get through to resolve this which I know will be another struggle.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They have taken all the joy out of preparing our first borns nursery and have caused stress and lied throughout the process.

I ordered a highchair. The item was delivered when they said it would be and I've had no problems with it.

I will never buy anything from this company ever again! They are lucky they get a 1 star and that's only because there is no option to score them nothing. They take your money and then do not give a dam after that! I waited 7 weeks for a pram to arrive and the date it was suppose to arrive they didn't even bother to let me know the carry cot was not going to arrive at the same time. Gave me some cock and bull story saying they emailed me and when I asked them to send me confirmation to prove it they never did. Getting hold of customer services is an absolute joke. I was hanging on the phone for 55 mins before somebody answered my call. I also called the shop where i bought it from and they turned around and said there is nothing they can do. I then asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere.

I have b very disappointed with the customer service and the quality of my pushchair. I have the flip xt2 and I use to sell these products so I know how to use them! Within the first month of use the basket spilt (after light use) the bumper bar pleather was flaking away and crumbling, and the hood has come away on one side. I emailed mamas and papas and have had zero help, shocking for the amount we pay we expect a premium product I should of bought a silver cross.
